Regional Context Statements

A Regional Context Statement is the linking document that shows how a municipality’s aspirations, as expressed in its Official Community Plan, align with and support the regional vision, as expressed in Metro 2040. Every member jurisdiction must adopt a Regional Context Statement as part of its Official Community Plan and it must also be accepted by the Metro Vancouver Board.
