Park staff will be happy to work with you to determine a suitable gift and location. Donors with alternative gift proposals are encouraged to contact Metro Vancouver Regional Parks.

3. Sign the Terms and Conditions form
Once you and the Operations Supervisor have determined that there is an appropriate gift and location for your commemorative donation, the Operations Supervisor will send you an agreement to sign (a sample copy of which is available below). Please sign and return the agreement along with your donation to Metro Vancouver Regional Parks.

We will proceed with your request once we have received the signed agreement and the full amount of the donation. A tax receipt for your donation will be mailed to you. Ordering and installation usually takes about two months.
