Required Items and Documents Required Prior to Permit Issuance:

Proof of third party liability in an amount of not less than $2,000,000 (two million). Such policy or policies of insurance should list the “Greater Vancouver Water District” as an additional insured. Such policy or policies will provide coverage against all claims for personal injury, death, or property suffered by others arising out of use of the premises by the undersigned.
First aid and communications plan if required
Payment of permit fee (see fee schedule below) by cheque written to ‘Metro Vancouver’ or upon special arrangement payment can be made with cash.
Proof of charitable status where applicable
Complex events may require a parking plan provided by you. We will notify you if needed
