2015-2016 Biennial Report on the Integrated Liquid Waste and Resource Management Plan

The 2011 Integrated Liquid Waste and Resource Management Plan (ILWRMP) sets out the goals and strategies for Metro Vancouver and its member municipalities to use liquid waste as a resource, minimize treatment costs and better protect the environment and public health.

Every two years, Metro Vancouver and its member jurisdictions submit a Biennial Report to the Ministry of Environment summarizing progress towards implementing the ILWRMP. The process includes an opportunity for comment on the report. Feedback can be provided in writing or by way of delegations at the September 14, 2017 Utilities Committee meeting.
