This vacant City-owned site will be leased to Metro Vancouver Housing to develop approximately 120 homes for families, seniors, and people with disabilities, as well as a non-profit childcare centre. Homes will include a mix of sizes, with a focus on larger family units, and accessible, age-friendly design to support people of all ages and abilities.</p><p>Centrally located in the heart of Burnaby's Edmonds Town Centre, the site is ideal for families. Located on a safe and quiet street next to Byrne Creek Park and the Central Valley Greenway, the site has abundant access to nature and recreation. Future Tenants

Metro Vancouver Housing is not currently accepting waitlist applications for this building. Once the building is complete, Low-End-of-Market (affordable) units for moderate income households will be advertised publicly at www.metrovancouver.org/housing. Subsidized units are selected through the Housing Registry – for more information, contact BC Housing.
