Metro Vancouver is funded primarily through utility fees for our core services: drinking water supply, sewerage, and solid waste management. Fees are collected through Metro Vancouver’s 23 member jurisdictions. Metro Vancouver uses a transparent budgeting process to underpin the delivery of critical, high-quality services that lay the foundation for a livable region.
