This comes on the heels of our annual lawn watering regulations, which took effect May 15.</p><p>Did you know a third of all food produced in Canada is wasted? Learn more about the National Food Waste Reduction Strategy and check out our Love Food, Hate Waste campaign for simple tips to use up any leftovers. </p><p>And we have two great additions to our Regional Parks system - we opened the Kanaka Creek Water Stewardship Centre in Maple Ridge and expanded our popular Pitt River Greenway. Regional Parks is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
