Use the links below to plan your visit this summer.

In other articles we've got results on a 2015 waste composition study showing an increase in food scraps recycling, and we've just launched a tongue and cheek regional campaign – Adult Toilet Training – Never Flush Wipes, encouraging people not to flush disposable wipes.

E-vehicles are gaining momentum. Metro Vancouver and partners are once again providing you the chance to try one out, and ask questions of our staff, and some dedicated e-vehicle drivers.

April included a few warm days, and with the local mountains greening up, people are asking about our water supply for this summer. No matter the weather, water conservation is always a priority, so don't forget the sprinkling regulations start on May 15.

Metro Vancouver is a partnership of 21 municipalities, one Electoral Area and one Treaty First Nation that collaboratively plans for and delivers regional-scale services. Its core services are drinking water, wastewater treatment and solid waste management. Metro Vancouver also regulates air quality, plans for urban growth, manages a regional parks system and provides affordable housing.

Read more...Welcome0 0
