Closer to home we have new winter air quality bulletins, and the launch of an air quality monitoring station in New Westminster. </p><p>Finally, the <a href="http://metrovancouverblog.org/" target="_blank">Metro Vancouver Blog</a> features some free, family-friendly events you can enjoy coming up on Sunday, Dec. 6.  Grab a toque and a flask of hot coffee and visit your regional parks this winter.</p><p> </p><p> <em>Metro Vancouver is a partnership of 21 municipalities, one Electoral Area and one Treaty First Nation that collaboratively plans for and delivers regional-scale services. Its core services are drinking water, wastewater treatment and solid waste management.
