<div class="ExternalClass97C6FAFBC1AF4A95A723BE3C0CAE4699">We're celebrating green angels – are you one? Our Create Memories Not Garbage campaign is a friendly reminder to give memories that last. Find updates on Metro Vancouver's utilities, and also recent input into the Provincial BC Climate Leadership Plan. Closer to home we have new winter air quality bulletins, and the launch of an air quality monitoring station in New Westminster. Finally, the <a href="http://metrovancouverblog.org/" target="_blank">Metro Vancouver Blog</a> features some free, family-friendly events you can enjoy coming up on Sunday, Dec. 6. Grab a toque and a flask of hot coffee and visit your regional parks this winter. Metro Vancouver is a partnership of 21 municipalities, one Electoral Area and one Treaty First Nation that collaboratively plans for and delivers regional-scale services. Its core services are drinking water, wastewater treatment and solid waste management. Metro Vancouver also regulates air quality, plans for urban growth, manages a regional parks system and provides affordable housing. </div>
