What We Do

Procurement and Real Estate Services provides a specialized focus on Metro Vancouver’s real estate portfolio, supply chains, procurement of goods and services, and other essential operational and organizational needs.


We Work On

  • Procurement

    The Procurement Division is responsible for managing the acquisition of all goods, services, and construction for Metro Vancouver’s entities under the programs of purchasing, warehousing/inventory management, and mail and courier services.

  • Real Estate Services

    The Real Estate Services Division is responsible for providing various real estate services under the purview of land acquisition, land management, outstanding right of way, and real estate support.

  • Facilities Management

    The Facilities Division provides continuous support, maintenance, and management for facilities across our organization.
