​We provide comprehensive job evaluation services as well as representation and support in related disputes and arbitrations.

When requested, an analyst will review a job, analyzing the duties, responsibilities and qualification requirements against the established classification criteria for that particular municipality.
In order to fairly and effectively evaluate jobs, the analyst considers a number of compensable factors, including:

  • scope, complexity and judgement,
  • degree of responsibility,
  • level of independence,
  • required knowledge, abilities and skills.
