GVRD Bylaw establishes Administration of the Building Code within Electoral Area A. Repeals GVRD Bylaws 219, 271, 435, 518, 586, 708, 709, 728, 761, 778, 779, 807, 866 and 955.
GVRD Bylaw prohibits owners or occupiers of real property within Electoral Area A of the Greater Vancouver Regional District from allowing property to become or remain untidy or unsightly and to require owners or occupiers of such real property to remove from it any accumulation of filth, discharged materials or rubbish of any kind.
