0px 0px 40px;border:none;padding:0px;"><div class="ExternalClassB3FE6D5C2E854C5A99C46A3AFADCDD72"><p>(a)All associated costs related to the installation and use of the electrical conduit / plug would be borne by the owner.</p></div><div class="ExternalClassB3FE6D5C2E854C5A99C46A3AFADCDD72"><p>(b) All work must be conducted by a licensed electrician approved by the strata council to ensure
