New Exhibit at Fraser River Discovery Centre New Exhibit at Fraser River Discovery Centre <div class="ExternalClassEAD6AEAA282A41A7B47C507520D67900"> <p>The exhibit features an indoor trail to transport you to the scenic shores of the mighty Fraser where you can mount a bike, portage a voyageur canoe or simply enjoy a walk through the woods. </p> <p>The exhibit focuses on the Canyon to Coast Trail and the blueway components of the <a href="/services/parks/projects/fraser" target="_blank">Experience the Fraser</a> project, which is a collaboration of Metro Vancouver, its member municipalities, and the Fraser Valley Regional District, supported by the provincial government.</p> <p>Experience the Fraser exhibits and initiatives explain the history and ecology of the great river. They also provide experiential journeys along the Fraser to help people understand the people, communities, and industries that have grown up on and around the river.  </p> <p>The goal of Experience the Fraser is to connect the Lower Fraser River from Hope to the Salish Sea with more than 640 kilometres of trails and via the river itself.
