Residents are also taking advantage of the region's Watershed Tours, where they can explore and visit our unique watersheds — Capilano, Seymour and Coquitlam — and learn how our world class water gets from the mountains to their taps. The tours are just a small part of the great work going on at Metro Vancouver. </p><p>To see what else is going on, check out our latest videos, which look at everything from salmon in Pacific Spirit Regional Park to the Coquitlam Transfer Station.<br> <br></p><p> <em>Metro Vancouver is a federation of 21 municipalities, one Electoral Area and one Treaty First Nation that collaboratively plans for and delivers regional-scale services. Regional parks protect dynamic and complex ecosystems and offer opportunities to access these natural spaces adjacent to urban areas.
