These include monitoring China's decision to prohibit the import of contaminated recyclables, restoring the wetlands at Campbell Valley Regional Park and implementing a Joint Use Water Plan.</p><p>On the environmental side, we've developed a new three-dimensional hydrodynamic computer model for the lower Fraser River to ensure the ongoing protection of human health and the environment in the wake of changing climate conditions. We're also launching a Strata Energy Advisor program to help strata corporations do their part in addressing climate change, and will begin engaging with the public, municipal staff and other stakeholders on our proposed Climate 2050 Strategy.</p><p>And with spring finally here, it's time to get out the spades and start gardening.
