That’s enough to completely fill BC Place. </li><li>Our water use can double in summer, largely due to sprinkling and other outdoor use. </li><li>An hour of sprinkling uses as much water as 25 toilet flushes, five loads of laundry, and five dishwasher loads combined. </li><li>An average garden hose can deliver 2,700 litres of water per hour. That’s the equivalent of 450 toilet flushes! Take a look for small leaks or a loose coupling in your hose; they can quickly add up to a lot of wasted water.</li><li>A healthy lawn only needs one hour of sprinkling or rain per week.
